Who I am

What the contact form collects
When you use the contact form, I collect the details you enter: your name, email address, business name, current website address if you give one, and your message. The form sends this to me by email so I can reply.
What the chat assistant collects
The chat assistant answers questions about my services, process, pricing and turnaround. Your chat messages are processed by an AI provider to generate answers. If you choose to leave your details in the lead form, I collect your name, email, business name, current website address and message, and they are emailed to me.
Please don't share sensitive information
Don't type passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive details into the form or the chat.
How I use your information
I use it to answer your questions, reply to you, and talk about a possible website project. I do not sell your data.
Who else sees it
Your chat messages go to an AI provider so the assistant can answer. Lead details are sent to me by email through an email delivery service. I don't sell your information.
How long I keep it
Chat conversations aren't saved by this site. Contact form and lead details arrive in my email inbox and stay there as long as I need them to reply to you and for my business records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. A security check on the contact form and chat helps block spam bots.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, or ask me to delete it. Email brycegriggs.web@gmail.com and I'll respond within 30 days.
